This pastry scraper and chopper is pretty neat. It is a simple, yet versatile tool that is essential to any kitchen. I don’t make too many pastries, but still have use for this as a chopper for chopping up veggies or anything. The handle is pretty durable and easy to hold. The scraper itself is made out of stainless steel and feels very durable and high-quality. I love how there are measurements engraved onto the stainless steel which comes in especially handy for pastries. It is also dishwasher safe if it gets too dirty. Overall, pretty cool and durable!
