This exercise ball is great, exactly as advertised and definitely a quality stability ball! It comes well-packaged, and comes with its own pump. Pumping the ball was an exercise, but the final result was worth it. You can always adjust the size/tension of the ball easily and they give you two plugs for the exercise ball (in case you ever lose the plug). I got the 75cm one as I’m 6’2” and the size is good for me. The exercise ball itself is great for numerous workouts and great for sitting and improving your posture! Overall, really satisfied and know this ball will last!
